This session is probably my favourite session that we have filmed so far. What made this session so enjoyable for me was that it felt so authentic to us. The choice of patterns, placement and positions came from a place deep within me, without any attachment to the results. This session was a great example of finding the joy in flow state, tying （绳） with an empty (空） mind.
