Every day, irrespective of your physical location, the period from 6:20 to 6:30 PM (your local time) is an opportunity to experience Sadhguru’s Presence and establish a special contact.

The Presence time also involves the Brahmananda Swaroopa chant, a consecrated sound. Sadhguru explains that the chant “becomes like a coating, like a shield around you. A cocoon of a certain energy.
