FB Learning To See Blindfolded - Wendy & Rob: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2485376505035437 See Wendy's YT for more "blindfold seeing" vids: https://bit.ly/WendyGallant. Unsuccessful tries were edited out & vids shortened as they are used to give positive feedback for the participants in their learning process. Notable researcher Grant Cameron https://bit.ly/GrantCameron interviewed us: https://youtu.be/OEqXLCcla14 Some sample exercises to open / activate the "R brain", open the "seeing channel & distract the "L brain" from shutting it down:
1 Moving eyes back & forth to look at 2 fixed points
2 Breathing through the left nostril
3 Humour - smiling, laughing
4 Drawing circles in the air, then changing the direction of one, while keeping the other hand going
5 Left brain distractions like snapping fingers, clapping, tapping the mask
6 A meditation / breathing exercise period
7 Tensing muscles strongly for several seconds, then relaxing
8 Humming / singing a song "in your head"
9 Your training partner giving you a guided visualization back to when you were a child of age 5, or just saying any long story with lots of visual images
10 Watch short vids that gets you laughing or "moves you”, elicits a positive emotion such as empathy
11 Listening to binaural beats 100 HZ, 104 HZ developed by R. Monroe https://bit.ly/RobertMonroeWiki
12 Your training partner setting a time limit to "see" each image
13 Warming up with known images
14 Have a feeling of gratitude & joy within youself

We're ALL born with this innate ability to see & read without our eyes. It's both a God given ability & EVERYONE has the right to learn it, just like learning reading, writing and math in school as kids. There are many schools globally, teaching this & each has it's own "secret" spin & charging sometimes exorbitant prices to teach you. Some even attach religion to it. Eventually it'll be mainstream, taught by parents & in school. The truth is, we all can do it, it's a natural thing, but it's much easier when you're younger. I've seen people in their 70s reading blindfolded. I'm currently 67 & been practising since Dec 2017 - can see colours, numbers, letters and symbols, in real time, blindfolded, in a lit or 100% dark room
My goal is to be able to fully read & see the room blindfolded or with closed eyes, just like I can with my natural eyes
How to learn:
Put on a mask, do anything to make you relaxed, like exercises 1-14 above, to help integrate the L&R brain & open the R brain & then start by looking for a subtle hue of colour in the dark mask. It can be momentary, can hang around for a bit, can appear as a haze, a flash, a spot, a jagged line. Everyone has imagination & think they see the colours, but what you're looking for is what you actually see. It's real & over time with practice & preferably a practice buddy, you'll eventually see "the room". You'll have to practice for 30 mins / day to attain & keep the ability.

I've formally learned 5 methods, but honestly, each method thinks they have the only way to do it and I just don't buy that. And just about every method in the world thinks they're the ones who originally discovered it - NOT TRUE - many people discovered this natural ability independently from another & in different time periods
Many make you sign not to disclose their way of teaching. I don't buy that either
We all have the right to learn this & freely spread it
