I am becoming a well-rested Black woman. Inspired by Tricia Heresy's work, "The Nap Ministry" and her book, "Rest is Resistance", I am challenging myself to shake off Capitalism, Hustle Culture and Fear to truly give myself an opportunity to REST. But how do you rest when you don't really trust God, when you don't trust yourself, when you're afraid of not having enough, being enough...? Let's talk about it.
