I have only had it for a couple of weeks but I love this handheld vacuum. It is more compact than my other oreck hand held vacuum which I had for about 10 years.
Easier to carry around than my other one. I like the long attachment better because you can adjust the length. My other one had 2 separate pieces. I also like that it takes the same size bag as my other one as I had just bought 12 bags.
Works like a charm. Would recommend it to anyone. Love that it is lightweight just like my upright.
I have a husky who sheds like crazy. This is the only vacuum cleaner I use. I find the strap a nuisance, so I just hold it in my hand and do the hardwood floors, the carpet, and the sofa all with the same attachment.
(Its probably more effective to change tools but I cant be bothered.) I use the hepa filters and (please dont gag) empty them out by hand a couple of time before changing them, to save money (except when theres broken glass or something).
There is a problem, which is that is that the wand falls off the other wand constantly no matter how much they try to make it sound like its the customers fault; this is a design flaw and has happened on both of these that Ive owned.
Then only solution is to duct tape it on. That works perfectly but of course means it you get a clog, you have to remove the tape to fix it. I tried a Hoover handheld but it didnt feel as comfortable to hold as this one so I gave it away.
Great little vacuum to clean stairs, couch, and truck. Has excellent suction power for its size. I bought it after using my moms (which she has owned for many years without any issues or needing servicing).
