"Buried Under The Cracks" - The Preventable Torture of Judah Morgan | True Crime | MrDarkSide

Judah Morgan was a beautiful 4 year old boy born with high levels of THC in his system. DCS was involved in the young child's life from early on, luckily the world was blessed with Jenna Hullett, a cousin of Judah's who stepped in immediately. Jenna would take custody of him shortly after he was born and Judah lived with Jenna for roughly the next 4 years of his life. Around his 4th birthday DCS decided to butcher his case and place him back into the home of his biological parents, Mary Yoder and Alan Morgan of LaPorte, Indiana. This ultimately led to the torturous murder of Judah and shined a bright light on the flaws in the Department of Child Services Investigation and carelessness with regard to Judah's case. He was starved, beaten and tortured until he could no longer fight to live.

Judah's tragic death inspired change in the way these cases can be handled and who is able to intervene during court proceedings regarding a child's well being. Judah will forever be remembered and potentially save children in the future.
