This is the official entry of the Alcantara and Dela Cruz Family to the Let's Vlog It Challenge of Eat Bulaga. VLOG IT stands for Video Lang O Gag It which is the latest segment of Eat Bulaga.
ABOUT EAT BULAGA:
Eat Bulaga! (or EB) is one of the top-rated and is the longest noon-time variety show in the Philippines produced by Television and Production Exponents Inc. (TAPE) and currently aired by GMA Network.
CHALLENGE:
The topic for Let's Vlog It Week 5 Challenge is Tips or Life Hacks. Any contestant can make a VLOG giving or suggesting tips or life hacks. They only have to input the statement, "PAK! Palaging Alerto Kayo" in the vlog. The video should be within 2-5 minutes only and should be submitted on/before 8pm Friday of November 20, 2020 in the email eb.letsvlogit@gmail.com. The top 7 best vlogs and its full video will be posted in Eat Bulaga's Facebook page. The 2 videos with the "MOST LIKES" will be declared winners and will win a brand new cellphone.

Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and body, characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, reduced muscle activity and inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, and reduced interactions with surroundings. It is distinguished from wakefulness by a decreased ability to react to stimuli, but more reactive than a coma or disorders of consciousness, with sleep displaying very different and active brain patterns.
Everybody needs a good night sleep. These are the suggestions.
SUMMARY:
(1) Wake up naturally, don't use alarm
(Gumising ng tama, wag gumamit ng alarm or ano pa)
(2) Think happy thoughts
(Mag-isip ng maganda bago matulog)
(3) Don't sleep full or without eating any food
(Wag matulog ng busog o walang laman ang tiyan)
(4) Exercise regularly
(Mag-ehersisyo)
(5) Limit your liquids
(Limitahan ang pag-inom ng kahit anong likwido)
