•YOU CAN STOP, THEN CONTINUE TILL YOU FINISH 25REPS

25 push-ups a day for 25 days to raise awareness on MENTAL HEALTH in these trying times. This is the best time to keep in touch with our family and friends to check on how they are coping.

And to inspire us more, I plan to name my family and friends list to accept this challenge. I would like to nominate 1 of my friend, boss Nahyan King to take this challenge. Let’s do this dre!????????

The rules are simple:
