Strategy:
- Reset until you get this turn order: Seven, Penelo, Tifa
- Seven use LD, AA, Leo LDCA, Bondage Whip
- Penelo spins until the FR gauge is charged. Penelo uses AA to refill. Use Lunafreya LDCA and LD to break them so Tifa will go before the boss get their turns.
- Penelo use FR, S2, S1, BT finisher
- Tifa uses BT finisher, Cid Raines LDCA
- Tifa goes into her BURST phase, HP (FT), S1+, LD, EX, S2, FR

Because I forget to use Leo LDCA, I end up having to handle the small flies after Tifa BT phase *_*

Force Weakness: Use a melee force ability that deals ≥3 stack debuff or the enemy inflicted with ≥3 stack debuff – cancel the enemy’s force time

Key HP thresholds
- SHINRYU auras will trigger at the start of the fight and the 79% HP threshold
- Have 2 phases – Angry Phase (100% to 60%, 39% to 0%) and Calmed Down Phase (59% to 40%)
During the Angry Phase, the boss will raise its party DEF and SPD by 50%. Lowers your party BRV gains by 50%
- Watch out for Swarm Fly’s Powder Stream++ (AOE BRV+HP, Inflicts 50% BRV DMG Down 5T).
- Swarm Fly will use Powder Stream+ (BRV Gain, AOE HP attack) during the Force Time
- Small Swarm Fly uses Tiny Mosbite which grants BRV to Swarm Fly based on BRV DMG dealt. It also inflicts 50% ATK Down debuff on the target for 5T
- Swarm Fly will use Rallying Cry to revive dead Small Swarm Fly when one of them is killed. It will revive/heal back the Swarm Fly HP to 100% along with battery them with BRV gains that equate to 100% of their MAX BRV
