“Why are you seeking the living among the dead?” the angels ask the women at Jesus’ empty tomb. The good news of the gospel is that Christ is alive, and yet Christian have too often sought Christ in history that is 2,000 years old and dead. Today we will rejoice in the eternal Christ that is alive in sacred community today, as we share Christ’s mission in the world. Let us celebrate Easter together with friends from around the world as we share the theme “The Living Christ in Community.” We hope to see you there on Easter Sunday, April 9, at 12:00 PM for the live service or at 6:00 PM EDT for the Late Edition.
