A clarion call to all women as we celebrate Women’s History Month!
This Day 1 of the 3 days of fasting and prayer for all women.
We are in a unique season in our generation, God wants to favor those who will seek Him with all their heart so they can walk in divine purpose. Obtaining favor from God means having clarity on your purpose and having the ability to carry out your purpose. Also, God is looking for women who will arise to deliver their families, communities and nation from operation. Women we have a MANDATE!!! Be a part of this supernatural way to kick of this year 2024 Women's History Month.
One of the things Esther had to face as she embraced her assignment to fight for the deliverance of her people was to deal with Fear. When her cousin told her she needed to see the king and discuss the danger of the issue at hand to the Jews, she was afraid to go uninvited before the King, Esther 4:11. Thank God for Mordecai’s counsel and challenge to Queen Esther, Esther 4:13-14.
Mordecai represents a type of the Holy Spirit in Biblical Symbolism. Esther listened to Mordecai’s counsel, despite her fear, she took the right action. Esther did her own part, by praying and fasting and taking a bold step to go into the King’s inner chambers. Although Esther started from a place of fear of the king, by the help of the Holy Spirit she ended up receiving favor with the king.
On this first day of our 3-day journey of Favor with the King, I want you to ask God for wisdom, courage and boldness to confront your fears. No more fear!
Prayer Points:
1. Prayer of Repentance: Ask God for a cleansing as you embark on these three days of fasting and prayer. Ask God to create in you a clean heart. Psalm 51:1-2, 2 Chronicles 7:14
2. Prayer of Thanksgiving. Thank God for His Loving Kindness. Thank God for the privilege to come before the throne of Grace. Psalm 63:3-4, Hebrews 4:16
3. Ask God to open your inner eyes so you can identify the areas of your life where fear has held you down. Ephesians 1:17-18
4. Root out every spirit of fear that is deeply rooted in your thinking and the way you see life. Romans 8:14-15
5. Pray for the Spirit of Boldness, Love and Sound Mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
6. Pray for the ability to see God has a Loving Father who desires a relationship with you, who desires to bless you. Romans 5:8, Jeremiah 31:3
