All joking aside, Canada has a long, rich history of top-notch heavy metal bands. From the nascent days of ANVIL through modern up-and-comers such as TRAVELLER, Canada’s representation in the heavy metal underground can go toe-to-toe with that of any other country. We invited the Puppet Master himself, Phillip from CHROMIUM DIOXIDE, to help us highlight our Favorite bands from the Canadian metal scene across all years and genres.
