Video poem Tickling deals with the issue of touch in times of isolation. It was created during the 60-hour lockdown, on the top floor of a New Belgrade 11-storey building, which provided a new context to the poem itself. Being deprived of the right to touch and suppressing the need for it, tickling emerged as a motif that combines the resistance towards one's urge to laugh - which we otherwise associate with pleasure and being at ease - and an intensive feeling of discomfort, the most contradicting and perhaps most pleasant state of shock affecting the body as a result of touching.

The author chooses living things accessible to her: balcony-grown flowers and green onions, blades of grass and feathers, and uses them to provide a heightened sensory stimulus for and to herself. In addition, she chooses to film herself, not just because of lockdown restrictions, but also a need to expose herself to an added degree of discomfort, namely the physical strain of framing the poem's visual representation.

The selected rendition of the poem also seeks to highlight the contradictions between the era preceding the pandemic and the new one that has arrived with it. An improvisation was selected for this version, a jam session held in a cozy atmosphere at a friends' home, and the first joint performance - albeit, the last such gathering since.
