older video: This one was swept under the rug with a verbal warning. as of my first day on the job work, we had chairs at the jail for passive resistant inmates who wouldn't walk. They would be placed in a chair and wheeled in until they were able to walk or would decide to walk.

ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT someone at Tampa PD. I have no idea how to ask a question about this!
