After preventing a mentally disturbed bride from commiting suicide, the woman develops a crazed obsession toward the trainee cop, which culminates in taking the cop's love interest (a cute fellow cadet in uniform) hostage. (Although sounds bleak, it's all portrayed in a comedic fashion.)

The crazed woman ties the poor cadet to a tree (0:38), then proceeds to gag her. She's eventually saved by her fellow cadets.

From the series Police Academy, episode 1x09, "Les is More". The cadet is played by the cute Heather Campbell.
