To mark the 90th Martyrdom day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev Ji. It is an initiative by the National Integrated Forum of Artists and Activists (NIFAA).

This campaign is supported by the Indian Red Cross Society, National Blood Transfusion Council (NBTC), Brahma Kumaris, National Integrated Medical Association (NIMA), GLOBAL Haryana Chamber, etc and NIFAA's state chapters all over India
