LOCKDOWN Series - Part XXI
Compilation of talk 61 to 63
Panchadasi - Day 61 - 29.05.2020
Acharyal continues to dwell on the subject Contentment of a King (meaning aspiring Jivas soaked in material world) and an aspirant pursuing the path of Realisation without Desires.
How can enjoyment of desires bring contentment?
What is destined has to be enjoyed and there is no escape.
But if enjoyer, enjoys it as per the rules of Dharma, enjoyment leads to Contentment.
If not, it leads to creation of more and more desires and getting locked into Eternal Bondage.
Vedanta explains how an aspirant without desires attains Brahmanhood
And an aspirant with desires keeps improving the position slowly as a Pithru, Gandharva, Karma Gods and Divine Forms.
Panchadasi - Day 62 - 30.05.2020
Chapter 14 concludes discussing the other two attributes of Bliss of Knowledge
What has to be Done, has been Done
What has to be Obtained, has been Obtained.
There is Nothing that needs to be done or achieved by a
Self Realized Jiva or a JIVAN MUKTHA
Vedanta still seeks to Potray the
*10 Aspects of a Jivan Muktha*
For aspiring Jivas to know and pursue this Holy Path
Chapter - 15 - Panchadasi - Day 63 - 31.05.2020
Chapter 15 is the concluding chapter and is also the concluding talk on Panchadasi.
Acharyal gives a completion to Panchadasi
By explaining what is *HAPPINESS* in terms of *BRAHMAN* and *MAYA*
Explains the types of Happiness as Three fold
1. Peaceful
2. Turbulent
3. Deluding
Shows BRAHMAN which is nothing but Existence, Consciousness and Bliss
Can be seen and experienced in each of its facets even in our daily ordinary lives.
The inertness of stone or mud indicates only the element of Existence
Turbulent and Deluding experiences show both Existence and Consciousness
But its peaceful happiness which displays Existence, Consciousness and Bliss momentarily
Takes the 3 Gunas to describe the three types of Happiness
Takes MAYA to conclude that it exhibits
Non Existence
Inertness
Misery
And whenever one undergoes any one of three states of experience, one should know it's because of Maya
And concludes the Holy Journey through this Text by saying
One who slowly starts realizing the above, will develop a Single Pointed Mind, forming the foundation
To progress in the Path of Self Realization
*TO ATTAIN THE BLISS OF BRAHMAN*
Please do share it with young minds
