I am really enjoying embracing and basking in not just self-help but all the healing this world needs and send to have finally come around to. the self-care and self-help solve all the problems and issues we face and of the world, absolutely not. Yet you must start somewhere????

As you can see, I made sure I got this video recorded by any means. Camera angle not the best and my face is crazy oily. It was the end of the day and I was trying a new foundation and primer. If you're concerned about my makeup for this video just leave a comment and I'll touch base on it next Makeup Monday.
