Paul tells Timothy that God has not given him a spirit of fear, but has offered to him through faith, power (Holy Spirit), love (Jesus Christ) and a sound mind (2 Tim 1:7). The battle ground today is in our minds and we need to press on into the full anointed presence of Jesus Christ, because He and His Kingdom cannot be shaken (Heb 12:28). God wants us to serve Him with reverence and godly fear. This is how we overcome the spirit of fear in our world today!
