A Central City policewoman is keen on joining the "Metahuman Task Force" of the local police force, so she does her best to make an impression to her superior. This doesn't go that well, as midway through the episode, she's taken hostage (2:34), and tied to a chair (2:43, offscreen) by a metahuman. Thankfully, she's saved in the end by the protagonist.

From series Flash, episode 2x02 "Flash of Two Worlds". The officer is played by the cute Shantel VanSanten.
