On Sunday February 26th, sangha member Bradley Yeargin gave a talk on what he has learned from his experience as a nurse and dharma practitioner working with the sick and dying.

How do we become more aware of our own mortality? How do we gain confidence in our practice that will help us at the time of death? What practices can we do to help ourselves at the time of death? Most importantly, how can we help others at the time of their death?

Bradley discussed these topics from Lama Zopa Rinpoche's book,
"How to Enjoy Death, Preparing to Meet Life's Final Challenge without Fear"
