In this encouragement Rev Ann Shand reminds us that we are spiritual beings therefore we are free in reality. Its our choice whether we experience heaven or hell, bondage or freedom. Freedom is within and we forget this when we let our perception of external conditions bind and limit us. She shares spiritual practices we can use to remain conscious of our freedom and experience good and greater good.
