Step 1: Find a dog.
Step 2: Use your finger to touch the dog.
Step 3: Touch the small hairs between the dog's paw beans.
Step 4: The dog is tickled when it takes it's paw away from your finger.
Step 5: (if you want to keep tickling) Repeat.
