From "Night Train To Terror" (1985) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087798/ It's a anthology film edited together from three other films, one of them "Cataclysm" aka "The Nightmare Never Ends" (1980) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080506/ I managed to track down the dvd and insert all the missing gore (and glove) footage from the R-rated "Night Train To Terror" which is why video and sound quality changes so much.
