VEGAN STROGANOFF SAUCE RECIPE | CREAMY MUSHROOM & TOFU | HIGH PROTEIN | EASY VEGAN MEAL IDEA | AUSTRALIA

Who doesn't love a good cream stroganoff? This week's recipe is a sure winner and it's here to tickle those tastebuds, vegan style!
Full of protein, creamy comfort and veg, you really can't go wrong!
Make it for meal prep, lunch, dinner or any time you desire!

Ingredients
Firm tofu- 400g
Nutlex (vegan butter)- 2 tablespoons
Onion- 1 large
Garlic cloves- 3
Mushrooms- 230g
White fine- 80ml
Plant milk- 450ml
Dijon mustard- 1 heaped teaspoon
Thyme- 1 tablespoon
Parsley- 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce- 1 tablespoon
Veggie stock- 2 tablespoons
Vegan cream cheese/sour cream- 200g (Or 200g of silken tofu blended up with nutritional yeast!)
