#WellnessWednesday 6-2-21 Let's Talk KETO! Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce with Strawberries!! #52wkxform2hl

Hey everybody! We discovered sugar free chocolate chips and created a chocolate sauce which is almost like a chocolate icing or somewhat like a pudding, sweetened with Stevia and it's so good to have something chocolate. Of course portion control is key, so one serving is 30 chocolate chips and we doubled that because there are two of us, me and my husband. Then we added an equal amount of heavy cream and we nuked that for about 30 seconds in the microwave and added a tablespoon of Stevia and stirred it all together. We had about two large strawberries (1/4 cup) each, cut into bite size pieces and used the chocolate sauce to dip them in. It's a great little dessert and it has 8-9 carbs per serving which you can make as a weekly treat or work it into your daily carb intake. Let me know if you make this!
