Why Being Busy in your care business will keep you broke.

How do you communicate with a potential client? You must practice articulating your thoughts into words. Busyness into Business, change your busyness into your business. Communication is different now when can speak in so many forms.
The purpose of your organization is for You to solve the client’s problem, and not your needs first. Doing this will meet your needs. Familiarize yourself with the client’s environment.

Look to see whom your ideal client is for example Care Homes, and you want to provide staff to that Care Home. Do your research first, before approaching them, look to see what job adverts they have or vacancies online, or on their website.

Then see if the manager is on social media, ie Linkedln. That way you will know, who to ask for, so that when you call and ask for their name, this straight away gives you an advantage.

Now you know, whom you are asking for, what they look like, and details about any post activity, comments or likes. That way you are not feeling as if you are cold calling. Your tone and confidence will be much better, than calling someone, you have never seen or know something you can connect with them for.

See if they are on Facebook or have a company page, which they should have. Get the feel of the company and their goals, mission, and service type, find out what specialism they provide. Work on at least 10 for the week of critical strategies you will implement before, the phone call. You will feel so much better and connect with them more when speaking to ideal clients.

Now you done your research it time to act, by using your communication skills. Remember to listen to what they say. Remember to check the following bullet points below:

• Are they advertising and looking for staff?
• Ask questions about what type of staff are looking for?
• Remember All clients have different needs

Focus on the Goal

Look at where you are now, to were you are going in your business. Were do you want to be?
What are you will to sacrifice to get to that goal, to leave a future legacy?
Do you want the freedom to break the bondage of working for an employer? Where will you spend your time and energy? Implement and keep focused.

We are so busy being busy, we forget our business. Go from Busy to Business.

I want to share with you the language that I and 7 figure clients have used, to work with large organizations. Using persuasion techniques, and communications used in an innovative strategy. Great communication is listening to the client’s needs, not talking over them about what you can do for them, it is about them telling you what you can help them with.
No one will tell you how to do this according to how things are now. Write out in a journal and practice what you want, and how to communicate to work with organizations. We are talking at each other, and not to each other. Communication is key to working with organizations you want to work with.

We can help one other and learn what organizations need right now. Listen to what your market needs, by listening to what they are worried about, what need do you solve? It can be scary at times but believe you will see what heights you can get to by doing this daily skill.

Care Providers are trapped in just working with one type of organization, ie government contracts and therefore leaving money on the table. Not expanding your reach and just working in one zip code or town. We are just marketing in one area or one type of organisation.

Connect with other healthcare organisation and become effective of what they have going on too. These are some of the techniques needed to sustain a successful healthcare business, whether you are doing, homecare, medical staffing, nursing agency, senior living, supported living accommodation.

Its not what you say its about how you say it. Tonally must be right to get your message across to the company you want to work with. Pause, listen to them and let them explain, what they need and then wait and repeat what they have said mirroring.

We all need mentors to help us expand our reach of fulfilment and become the highest expression of ourselves in your business. This will help you understand who your ideal clients are. Relationships are your resources, be strategic in your approach to your vision. Systems, planning, and marketing.

Look at the needs that are difficult to cover, and what is your customer’s needs. You are the business solution, to help organizations with their problem. This is a mindset, to take responsibility for our own lives. You can like an eagle sour and see the multiple streams of income outcomes, having a goal and focusing on what is and whom you want to work with.
