A couple of inmates try to escape from a prison by faking some injuries, resulting in a pair of prison guards (a male and female) rushing them to the hospital via an ambulance. However, it soon turns out that the male guard is also in cahoots with the perps (actually as an undercover officer, working with the police on a case), resulting in the female guard getting handcuffed to the stretcher (1:21), and then tapegagged (1:32) to restrain her. As she still tries to escape (1:49) despite the aforesaid difficulties, the male officer informs her on the operation before kissing goodbye.
