During a rainy night in Madrid, a deranged sadist ambushes a lone female mall security guard, swiftly overpowering her, handcuffing her with a pair of cuffs to a railing (0:13), and finally stripping her of her uniform and then tapegagging her (0:24, offscreen), all the while boasting live to a late-night radio programme about his evil deeds.

From 1997 French-Spanish TV movie "Al Límite". The poor guard is played by the lovely Patricia Pérez.
