प्रह्लाद एक ऐसे भक्त हैं, जो ज्ञान और दृढ़ भक्ति में पूर्णतः तल्लीन हैं। उन्होंने नृसिंह भगवान् की जो स्तुति की है, वह प्रेम और समर्पण से परिपूर्ण अत्यन्त हृदयग्राही प्रार्थना है। स्तवन के ये श्लोक श्रीमद्भागवत के सातवें स्कन्ध के अध्याय 9 में स्थित हैं।

उपनिषदों का कथन है कि जो व्यक्ति सारे जगत् के स्वामी, भगवान् का इस प्रकार से स्तवन करता है – जैसे कि अज्ञानी धन के लिये धनवान की पूजा करता है – वह संसार बन्धन से मुक्त हो जाता है।

स्वामी तेजोमयानन्दजी अपने प्रवचनों की इस शृंखला में भक्त प्रह्लाद की भक्ति के गाम्भीर्य एवं सौंदर्य की अनुपम व्याख्या कर रहे हैं।

????वक्ता का संक्षिप्त परिचय????:
स्वामी तेजोमयानन्दजी गहन ज्ञान से सम्पन्न वेदान्त के शीर्षस्थ आचार्य हैं। साथ ही वे अत्यन्त सौम्य और विनम्र व्यक्तित्व के स्वामी हैं। अपने गुरुदेव स्वामी चिन्मयानन्दजी की दृष्टि को पुष्ट, सुदृढ एवं साकार करना ही उनकी सरल अवधारणा है।

स्वामी तेजोमयानन्दजी ने वेदान्त के विभिन्न ग्रन्थों – श्रीमद्भागवत पुराण, श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता, श्रीरामगीता, उपनिषद् इत्यादि पर अब तक अगणित ज्ञान यज्ञ किये हैं, और ज्ञान यज्ञ का यह सिलसिला आगे भी निरन्तर जारी है। इन ज्ञान यज्ञों में स्वामीजी वेदान्त ज्ञान के साथ-साथ उस ज्ञान का दैनिक जीवन में प्रयोग करना भी सिखाते हैं।

स्वामीजी ने वेदान्त के अनेक ग्रन्थों पर व्याख्याएँ लिखी हैं और साथ ही वेदान्त और भक्ति पर बहुत से मौलिक ग्रन्थों की रचना भी की है।

Prahlada is a Bhakta who is immersed in Knowledge and firm abidance. His Stuti of Narasimha Bhagawan is a touching prayer of love and devotion. These verses of praise can be found in Shrimad Bhagavatam, Canto 7, Chapter 9.

It is said in the Upanishads that one who praises the Lord of the Universe - in the way that the ignorant praise the rich out of desire for wealth - he will become liberated from bondage.

Swami Tejomayananda expounds on the depth and beauty of Bhakta Prahlada’s devotion in this series of talks.
