Today's episode features one of my all-time favorite scenes. The beautiful Tracey Needham finds herself handcuffed and kidnapped by a rogue member of the military. Later on, he seals her lips with an extremely sticky gaffer tape gag. And I'm not kidding when I say that it's sticky - you would be forgiven if you thought that the 'napper just painted her mouth and cheeks gray instead of applying tape. This scene is from the TV show "JAG" (1995), and comes from the first season episode 'Brig Break'.
