A female bank guard faces a rather eventful shift when the IT guys scheduled for maintenance turn out to be a pair of robbers looking for a specific box in the vault. After shooting her male partner to keep everyone in check, the guard has her hands ziptied in front (1:34, offscreen), then briefly untied (2:04) to treat her wounded colleague using a first aid box and her equipment belt. She is then promptly re-tied (again with hands in front, 2:25) and spends the rest of the episode ziptied.

She is eventually enlisted by the negotiator on the scene, using the male guard's smart watch for communication (2:59), and trying to gain the trust of the older robber (3:49), a falsely convicted ex-cop out for justice. She's eventually grabbed as a hostage (4:33) when the pair tries to escape by car, but finally manages to get the gun of one of the robbers and survive the heist (4:43).
