Melissa Bolona is the main damsel featured in the 2018 Bruce Willis crime-drama "Acts of Violence". She gets duct taped early on in the film but sports a cleave gag later. However, when she gets the cleave gag, she is not alone (to say the least). She is joined by MANY other cleaved ladies who are also bound with zip ties. Taking these facts into account, it's a no brainer that AOV takes home the award for most overall DiD action.
