Here is a variation of chest harness for you to try! I also include how to add rope using a lark's head and I am talking you through this one. This is a video I added to my Instagram and is not one of my new videos but I brightened the video and it's easier to follow on YouTube!

Tying with my trusty mannequin, Manni, so keep in mind rope does not work exactly the same on human bodies AND the amount of rope changes for all sizes so that is why I don't usually add the length I've used. My ropes (Colorful Kink @colorfulknk ) are each 30ft though I do make custom lengths for tutorials or photoshoots. Most instructional rope videos have rope lengths to fit the model perfectly, you will soon learn your attaching knots will always go in the most inconvenient spots! So, keep that in mind...all ties will require different lengths for varying body sizes and try no to compare or go by the measurements of models in tutorials.
