Try this 45 minute PRIMAL MOVEMENT and BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH workout taught today by Human 2.0 strength and mobility coach Dan Jones. Share with someone training at home!

EQUIPMENT: a mat if you are working out on a hard surface, and a PVC pipe or broom or hockey stick (optional).

Human 2.0 is an Ottawa, Ontario gym and movement facility located in the city's south east end.
