We have all placed our trust (faith) in things and people other than God. When we are born again, Jesus places something in you and me that awakens us to our need for God. The work that God did in you when you came to Christ involved:
• Placing His Spirit in you
• Causing you to cry out to Him Abba, Father
• Working in your heart to detach your loyalty from the flesh so that you could have faith in God and trust Him as a way of life.
