To celebrate the 8th Birthday of D'Laksa, I created this special dish using my home-grown organic mango, organic Thai basil and kafir lime leaves from my lovely neighbourhood, incorporating with their Asam Laksa Paste to create this mango salad with a vibrant, complex flavour of South East Asia and childhood memories that tickle every of your taste buds.
