While responding to a callout, a pair of paramedics get in the middle of a gang war, and get targeted by a group of ruthless bikers. To lure out the ex-Marine male paramedic from an abandoned parking garage, his female EMT partner is taken hostage and ziptied.

Eventually, the goons are scared away, and they let the tied woman go.

From the movie The Marine 5: Battleground. The EMT is played by the lovely Anna Van Hooft.
