Unfortunately this is not a uniformed clip, but it was still pretty great, so I decided to share it with you folks.

A notorious serial killer takes a woman hostage to use her for luring other potential victims to himself. Hot on the killer's trail, the local police decides to have one of their female officers posing as a waitress to lure him out. Unfortunately, the perp quickly notices that the young cop is wired, so he quickly takes her hostage (0:51), first handcuffing and tapegagging her on a bed (1:18), and then handcuffing her again in a motorhome (2:20) that he wants to use for escape.

In true 80s fashion, her partner eventually rams off the motorhome from the road (he probably forgot that his handcuffed partner is also on board), but thankfully she survives the bumpy stop (3:22).

From series T.J. Hooker, episode 4x13, "Trackdown". The young officer is played by the breathtaking Heather Locklear.
